By confirming a reservation or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
Minimum stay requirements may apply during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or phone once payment is processed.

2. Payment Policy

Payment terms (advance deposit, partial, or full payment) may vary by villa and season.
Accepted modes include major credit/debit cards, net banking, and other listed payment gateways.
Additional charges (such as for extra guests, special services, or damages) must be cleared before check-out.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies differ by villa and season and will be displayed at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the cancellation policy selected.
No-shows and early departures are generally non-refundable.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Provide accurate booking information.
Respect villa property rules, local laws, and community guidelines.
Take responsibility for damages to property or facilities during their stay.
Ensure the safety of personal belongings, as Zuraya is not liable for theft or loss.

6. Additional Services

Optional services such as private dining, wellness sessions, and curated experiences may be available at extra cost, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

7. Liability

Zuraya is not responsible for unforeseen events such as natural calamities, accidents, travel delays, or force majeure.
Liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
